Workshop Facilitator

As a strategic designer, one of my skills is to prepare, lead and moderate workshops. Recently, I run a workshop of Design Thinking using a tool called The New City Experience. The idea of this workshop was to bring onboard an interdisciplinary group of participants into the methodology. We create, ideate and prototype together to have a better understanding of the Design Thinking process.

As a facilitator of this workshop, I learned to lead people of different backgrounds, set up teams, keep up the energy level of the group and guide them through the journey.
